Job Description

A growing and well-established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on case responsibility, strong support, and the ability to grow their practice within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Handle pre-suit negotiations and/or litigation depending on experience
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
  • Take and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
  • Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Work closely with support staff to move cases efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
  • 1+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff preferred; defense attorneys encouraged to apply)
  • Strong writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Client-focused mindset with a desire to advocate for injured individuals
